The 35th annual Palmer Ice Cream Supper attracted over a thousand patrons this past Saturday. Held on the grounds of the Palmer Community Center in Collierstown, the always popular event, put on by the Effinger Ruritan Club, featured music, good food and lots of delicious ice cream.
