Crews work to make repairs to the Rockbridge County Courthouse, which has been closed to the public since July 12, when a sprinkler on the third floor was activated, spraying water that reached the hallways of all three floors and did considerable damage. The circuit court clerk’s office and records room on the first floor are slated to reopen tomorrow, Thursday, July 24. The second and third floors will reopen Monday, though repair work will continue in coming weeks. For the story, see page A3.
