CITY OF LEXINGTON NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO REVIEW AN APPLICATION FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW 300 DIAMOND STREET TO BE USED AS A DAY CARE CENTER
A public hearing will be conducted by the Lexington City Council at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, July 17, 2025 in the first floor meeting room of the Rockbridge County Administrative Offices, 150 South Main Street, to allow persons to appear and present their views in response to a Conditional Use Permit application submitted by TAP – Head Start. The application is a request for a Conditional Use Permit that would allow a day care center to operate out of a portion of the building located at 300 Diamond Street (Tax Map # 17-1-135B). A copy of the application, case number CUP 2025-05 is available for public review and examination between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. in the Planning and Development Department located at 539 E.
