The American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life of Rockbridge is seeking community members to help plan and support the 2025 event, which will be held on Saturday, Sept. 6, at Central Elementary School. Volunteers, local organizations, and businesses are encouraged to get involved in making this year’s Relay a meaningful and successful event.
The next planning meeting will take place on Thursday, June 19, at 6 p.m., and all are welcome to attend. The meeting will be held at Frank’s Pizza located at 511 E. Nelson Street, Lexington.
“Relay For Life is built on community spirit, and we need your help to make the 2025 event unforgettable,” said Robin Hartless Moore, event chair. “Whether you want to form a team, sponsor the event, or help with logistics, your involvement truly makes a difference.”
This year marks the 40th anniversary of Relay For Life nationally.
