My great-grandson, Jerrad Lee Terrell, graduated from Stuarts Draft High School on May 19. He graduated from Valley Vo-Tech the week before with a certification in welding. There was a celebration for him on May 17 in Lexington. Haylie Hite graduated from Rockbridge County High School on Thursday, May 22. Ethan Fitzgerald graduated from Riverheads High School. Prayers for all seniors as they take their first steps into their future.
Becky Hite and I traveled to the Meems Bottom Covered Bridge in Mt. Jackson. You can still drive through the bridge. It is off U.S. 11. It has a small parking space where we ate our lunch. We then traveled back by U.S. 11 to Lexington. We saw many interesting spots along the way that we hope to go back to this year.
