The Parry McCluer High School baseball team suffered an 8-1 road loss to top seed Narrows in the Pioneer District semifinals on Tuesday evening.
The Fighting Blues (5-13 overall, 3-6 district), the fifth seed in the district, were coming off an 11-9 road win over fourth-seeded Eastern Montgomery (10-5-1, 4-4) on Monday.
PM will travel to face either Bath County in the third-place game on Thursday at 5 p.m. Check back here to find out the opponent.
Narrows (14-2, 8-0), which had beaten PM decisively twice during the regular season, will advance to the district finals.
