May 4, 2025 Editor, The News-Gazette: We are in the midst of a genocide happening right before our eyes in Gaza. The Israelis are seeking to ethnically cleanse the Palestinians there by blockading food and water from entering Gaza, a war crime.
Do Americans want to support this genocide? If the answer is “No,” then we must act now, because Congress is doing nothing to stop this massacre; without our action Congress will not act.
I and some other people are trying to arrange meetings with our members of Congress. We want to ask them to sponsor legislation that will require Israel to allow food and water into Gaza to receive any American money or weapons.
