Pet Blessing, Meal Sunday At Trinity
This Sunday, May 4, at 5 p.m. in front of Trinity United Methodist Church (147 S. Main St., Lexington), all area residents are invited to bring their pets to receive a special blessing. Animals should be on a leash or in a carrier.
Residents are then welcome to stay for a simple, free meal afterwards, which can be eaten outside picnic-style. There will also be some treats for any “fur-babies” that stay.
Area residents are also invited to join Trinity that morning at 10 for worship. The theme of the service will be a “Celebration of God’s Creation.”
