The Virginia Department of Health has recorded over 300 new COVID-19 cases for the Rockbridge area since last Tuesday, Jan. 4, marking the highest oneweek increase of cases recorded in the area since the pandemic began.
The Rockbridge Area Department of Social Services offices have been in the same space at 20 W. Preston St. in Lexington since 1970. The relocation of the offices has been on Rockbridge area local government to-do lists for years.
