Born Oct. 1, 1964, in Baltimore, Md., he was a son of Margaret Ellen Miller Ruley and the late Paul Hampton Ruley.
John William Swink, 75 of Lexington died Monday, May 20, 2019, at his home.
Born Jan. 25, 1944, in Lexington, he was a son of the late S. Carlyle Swink and Bessie Mae Zollman Swink.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Carl Wilson Swink.
Peggy Lawson Vass, 83, of Glasgow died Sunday, May 19, 2019, at Shenandoah Valley Health and Rehab Center.
Born Dec. 10, 1935, in Forsyth County, N.C., she was a daughter of the late Coy Lawson and Minnie Davis Lawson.
James Ray "Jimmy" Poole, 51, of Rockbridge Baths died Saturday, May 18, 2019, at the University of Virginia Medical Center.
Born Nov. 12, 1967, in Norfolk, he was a son of the late James Cebert Poole and Sandra Jones Poole.
William Joseph "Bill" Duffy Jr., 91, of Lexington was called to his Heavenly Home Monday, May 13, 2019. He loved people and will be greatly missed.
He was born Feb. 19, 1928, in Albemarle County, Greenwood, a son of the late William J. Duffy and Mary Elizabeth Sandy Duffy.
Franklin Elwood Crawford, 65, of Woodbridge, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Friday, May 17, 2019, at his residence.
