Patricia Jeanette Willis, 65, of Glasgow, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2019.
Born Nov. 25, 1954, in Bath County, she was a daughter of the late Sidney Loan and Gracie Shue Ratcliff.
She was also preceded in death by two sisters.
