Kendal’s Beginnings Topic Of Panel Nov. 13

The next event in the year-long series of activities at Kendal at Lexington with the theme “Celebrate Your Story: Exploring the History and Stories That Shape Us” will feature a panel discussion of the beginnings of Kendal.

The panel will be moderated by Tom Camden and Ted DeLaney and held on Wednesday, Nov. 13, at 3 p.m. in Kendal Hall on the Kendal at Lexington campus.

Now celebrating its 25th year, the dream of a retirement community in Lexington began with a few passionate people who formed the Lexington Retirement Community Board. For this event, many of the original board members will reunite to tell stories and share how Kendal at Lexington went from vision to reality.

The free event will be followed by a reception.
