The Rockbridge Board of Supervisors could have redirected vocal gunfire last week if they had just asserted their lack of authority to establish an ordinance creating a “sanctuary” for the Constitution’s Second Amendment ... the right to bear arms ... in Rock-bridge County.
Yikes! The world is getting crazier ...
