A Marine Corps officer who served in Iraq and Afghanistan and has now returned to his alma mater, Virginia Military Institute, will be the guest speaker at the annual Veterans Day ceremony this Monday in Lexington.

He also serves as the company first sergeant of Military Police B Company, 4th Law Enforcement Battalion, in Pittsburg, Pa.
