How To Sign Up For Your Vaccine Shots

All Virginians, regardless of phase eligibility, can preregister for the COVID-19 vaccine at vaccinate.virginia.gov or by calling the Virginia COVID-19 Vaccine Information Call Center at 1-877-829-4682.

Once preregistered, Virginians will be notified once vaccines are available for them. Those in the priority groups (currently 1b) in the Central Shenandoah Health District can also now sign up for open slots in next-day clinics on its website www.vdh.virginia.gov/ central-shenandoah/covid-19-vaccine-appointments/. The date, time, location and eligibility criteria for the clinic will be posted, as well as the scheduling link for individuals who meet the eligibility criteria to schedule an appointment.

The Central Shenandoah Health District cannot, however, schedule appointments for CVS Pharmacy. CVS appointments will need to be made directly with CVS online or by calling 1-800-746-7287.

CVS is also operating under the eligibility guidelines.

Rockbridge area residents in priority groups can also sign up directly with Augusta Health for its clinics by visiting www.augustahealth.com/vaccine.
