First Baptist Church Celebrating Woman's Day, With A Special Invitation Lunch to Breast Cancer Survivors

On Sunday, Oct. 27, at 11 a.m., First Baptist Church in Lexington will celebrate Woman’s Day with the Rev. Dr. Cheryl Cook Posley preaching.

At 1 p.m. there will be a free dinner for all persons, with a special invitation for breast cancer survivors and families of those who lost someone to breast cancer.

At 3 p.m., a student at Virginia Union University, minister Cassandra Williams, will be preaching.

The guest choir at both services will be S.E.N.T. from Virginia Union University.

At 4:15 p.m., there will be a Woman's Day raffle. The prizes are a designer quilt, George Foreman oven and a 32-inch color television. The tickets are $5 each.
