Charles Freeman Higgins, 85, of Lexington died Monday, Dec. 30, 2019, at his home.
Born June 14, 1934, in Rockbridge County, he was a son of the late Samuel Robert Higgins Sr. and Mattie Miller Higgins.
Surviving are his children, Deborah Ann Davis and Jeffrey A. Davis; two grandchildren; and two sisters,
