The Parry McCluer High School baseball team opened the season with a 2-0 road win over Pioneer District rival Narrows on Tuesday of last week.
Senior pitcher J.B. Wade earned the win for the Fighting Blues, striking out 14 and allowing just one hit in seven innings.
