In a big Class 1 battle, the Parry McCluer High School boys basketball team overcame West Point to claim a 62-55 win in a Rock the Ribbon clash Saturday evening.
Despite missing several grapplers, the Rockbridge County High School wrestling team won four of seven duals last week, competing last Wednesday at Spotswood and Saturday at the Billy Wensel Classic at Fluvanna County.
