High Bridge Presbyterian Church worship service continues each Sunday at 11 a.m. Vesper services continue this Wednesday at 7 p.m. High Bridge resumed Sunday school classes Sunday, Sept. 13, with most classes by Zoom except the adult Bible study.
Bob Funkhouser of Natural Bridge celebrated his 101 birthday on July 15. Due to the pandemic, the family couldn’t celebrate his milestone. He visited with his family through a viewing booth at Heritage Hall. In the picture his great-granddaughter, Oceana Funkhouser, wishes him a happy birthday.
Sidewalk sales returned to downtown Lexington over the weekend for the first time since the pandemic started, drawing lots of folks to the city over the three-day period.
