The Armed Forces Communication and Electronics Association (AFCEA) Rockbridge Shenandoah Chapter will offer a student- moderated panel discussion, “The Race for 5G Dominance and How It Impacts Us Regionally,” at the Center for Leadership and Ethics in the Gillis Theater at the Virginia Military Institute this Thursday, Jan. 26, at 8 p.m.
The Rockbridge Chorus, under director William Mc-Corkle, will resume rehearsals on Monday, Jan. 30, at 7:30 p.m., in the sanctuary of the Lexington Presbyterian Church.
“In Celebration of Trees: Winter” is the theme of a guided walk in Brushy Hills Preserve on Saturday, Jan. 28, beginning at 10 a.m. All interested in identifying and learning about trees are welcome. The outing will last about two hours.
“W&L After Class,” a podcast series managed by Lifelong Learning, Alumni Engagement, and the Office of Communications and Public Affairs, enters its fourth season on Feb. 14.
